- Business details you share during onboarding
- Website usage data collected via Google Analytics
- Payment details processed through our billing system — we do not store card numbers
Why we collect it
To deliver your project, communicate about it, invoice you, and improve how we work.
Who sees it
We do not sell your data. Where necessary to deliver your service, information is shared with: GoHighLevel (CRM and automation), Google Workspace (email and documents), Dubb (video communication), and our payment processor. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
For the duration of your engagement, plus seven years — as required under South African tax law.
Your rights under POPIA
